Christmas Tree Farm Mini Sessions were a HUGE success! Even though it was a really cold and wet day, we were lucky enough to get some snow which made this day seem super magical and festive. 4 families braved the cold with me and I’m so glad they did. I love all of the images I was able to capture for them 🙂 Here are some of my favorites from our day at Pine Grove Farm!
Gorgeous weather, a beautiful family, a little stick gathering, and always lots of laughs with this family! I was super excited to kick off a busy Fall season with one of the most laid back, easy going families I have ever photographed. Here are a few of my faves from their quick session.
After talking with some of my past brides, I am really happy to announce that I have revamped my Wedding Collections to be more inclusive of what my brides are looking for! I have added more options for hours of coverage and more A la Carte options.
I am booking for 2019 weddings! Contact me today to receive my new Wedding Collections.
Fall is absolutely my FAVORITE time of year! The leaves are changing color and crunch when you step on them, the air is cooler and crisp, and there’s nothing better than roasting s’mores over bonfires with friends. Fall is also a really beautiful time of year for family photos 🙂 This is my most popular event of the year so I have opened up 3 dates for them! Here are the details…
25 minute session, online shareable proofing gallery, your choice of 15 edited images along with a print release.
Milton Lee Olive Park in Chicago: Friday, August 31st
Charter Oak Park in Peoria: Saturday, September 1st
Lake Harriet in Woodridge: Saturday, September 8th
Detweiller Park is usually my first choice when doing Peoria family photography because it is so beautiful.
This session is a hard one to write about. I’m sure there comes a point in every photographer’s career when they shoot a session that really hits home. Without going into details, this one hit really close to my heart. This session was my way of hoping to make things less painful for a good friend, by capturing happier times, smiles, and moments that had to last a lifetime.
I didn’t know her well, but I have known her sister for 10 years and grew to know her family a little bit over time. I think it’s fair to say that to know them is to know Candace… always full of big smiles, laughs that made you smile along with them, a great sense of humor, and a way to make you feel at calm and at ease no matter what was going on in your life.
To you, Candace, to the legacy you left behind, the community that loves and mourns you, and the beautiful and selfless impact you made while you were here with us.
Come visit this beautiful park! Detweiller is huge, has trails, a sledding hill, soccer fields, and more. Also, obviously perfect for Peoria family photography.
